This is a deep tissue massage developed to find tension and release tension. The technique is a system of bodywork developed by Brandon Raynor. After years of studying Therapeutic massage, Deep tissue, Acupressure, Ayurvedic, Swedish, Hawaiian, Remedial, Shiatsu, hand and foot reflexology , Naturopath Brandon Raynor combined all his findings and creating this amazing massage that is as well as focusing on the muscular system of the body, benefitting the skeletal system and the subtle body energy system of the body. The massage is not done in a routine or standard way, but instead it uses techniques, stretches and adjustments that are there to find any residual tension or blockage in the body and get rid of it.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Raynor Sports Massage uses many of the same techniques as Raynor massage, but instead of seeking for tension, the sports massage is targeting the area-specific for your sport or injury. By warming up the muscles and adding the right amount of pressure together with some stretches you will be ready to compete, train or work again.

I know first hand that not everyone enjoys a deep tissue massage. That’s why I have developed a relaxing massage based on Raynor massage techniques. It has Aromatherapy built-in. Essential oils, candles, or incense. This unique massage is personalized, it’s based on your needs to relax and what you like the most. Some might love a foot massage, but others hate it. We are all different and I will make sure you have the best experience adapted to your preferences.

STRETCHOLOGY

My assisted stretching techniques are based around my Sports and PT background combined with Raynor Massage. It does what it says on the tin. It increases flexibility, improves posture, and relieves pain. My PT business has some key pillars that I always am coming back to, and they are Balance, Core-strength, and Mobility. And the reason is, it doesn’t matter who I am training; kids, professional athletes, grandma, or you, Those three fundamentals are key for your physical health.
